Welcome to the Kings Sutton History Archive.
Our village of Kings Sutton is rich in history and over time many articles have been written telling its story, some published others not.
The work of Jacqueline Coombes, Don Hughes, Ann Daff and Robert Webb has formed the basis of the Archive and is much appreciated.
The Archive is aimed at recording, in one place, the history of over a thousand years of the village and its people. It’s a living document and more information will be added as it becomes available.
The Kings Sutton Heritage Trust sponsors the Archive and by publishing it on our website we hope to make the story of King's Sutton available to as many people as possible.
We all have a responsibility to future generations to encourage the maintenance of our local history – HISTORY MATTERS.
